At Millie Savage, we want you to be completely in love with your handcrafted piece. If your jewelry isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Piece

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Millie Savage velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; we recommend insurance as we are not responsible for lost transit.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio inspects the item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
