How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Each piece is handmade to order in our studio. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your item is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Millie Savage pieces worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend getting sized by a professional jeweler for the most accurate fit. Alternatively, you can purchase a ring sizer from our shop or refer to our online size guide to measure an existing ring at home.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Because most of our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use high-quality materials including solid gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones. Each product description specifies the exact metals and stones used in that particular design.
